I’m Ariana, a Venezuelan creative leader based in the New York City tri-state area with 10 years of experience across advertising, design, and brand building. I believe the strongest creative work comes from combining strategic thinking and bold ideas with thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and exceptional craft.

I lead multidisciplinary teams from strategy and concept through execution, partnering closely with designers, strategists, UX and product teams, developers, account leads, and clients to turn complex challenges into clear, compelling creative solutions. I’m also a hands-on advocate for emerging technology, actively exploring and integrating AI into our creative process to expand how we concept, design, and craft ideas.
